Dew point sampling system ensured the accurate and stable for humidity

measurements, it is important to expose the hygrometer to the monitored

sample gas. The sample gas must be pure and under regular pressure

and flow rate for rapid response to changes in the measured gas.

The CS1500 sampling system is an economical solution for installing

all dew point transmitters while providing the necessary filtration, pressure

regulation and flow control.

In specific applications such as compressed air, medical gases or process

control, the CS1500 sampling system can be specifically tailored to meet

the unique requirements of users and dew point instruments.

Innovative design
The CS1500 dew point sampling system is a complete set of dew point

temperature sampling device assembled by our company.

The part of the device includes: temperature and humidity dew point

measuring instrument, dew point sensor, stainless steel box,

reducing valve, miniature flowmeter, outlet control ball valve,

micro-filter, measuring gas chamber, the system of the tank and

the internal pipeline valves, all is stainless steel and corrosion-resistant.

Filter module
The CS1500 is equipped with an inlet strainer that effectively filters the

impurities contained in the gas. The customer can configure the strainer

according to their requirements.


flow control
The CS1500 sampling system comes equipped with flow meters and valves

that allow users to adjust sample flow rates from 1 to 2 L / Min from operating

conditions, allowing customers to configure flow meters to their needs.


Measure pressure
Different applications and different indicators of the CS1500 determine

whether the dew point with pressure or atmospheric pressure dew point

can be easily configured to the certain condition

Customers can configure the pressure according to their own requirements.

Other modules can be customized according to customer requirements.
